The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual boy group members!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes of 703 boy group members, using big data collected from November 17 to December 17.

BTS’s Jungkook topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 10,364,722, marking an impressive 79.89 percent increase in his score since November. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “World Cup,” “Billboard,” and “Dreamers,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “perform,” “record,” and “heartwarming.” Jungkook’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a high score of 93.53 percent positive reactions.

Wanna One’s Kang Daniel took second place with a brand reputation index of 5,942,367, marking a modest 0.66 percent rise in his score since last month.

Meanwhile, BTS’s Jimin came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 5,724,844 for the month.

ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo rose to fourth place with a brand reputation index of 5,234,782, marking a 6.56 percent increase in his score since last month.

Finally, BTS’s V rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 4,824,990, marking a slight rise of 0.15 percent in his score since November.

BIGBANG’s T.O.P, who was selected as one of the crew members for a historical trip to the moon, has shared his feelings on the project!

On December 12, T.O.P uploaded a new post on his Instagram together with a photo of a painting of the words, “Dear Moon.”

T.O.P wrote, “Personally, four years ago, when I had the hardest time, my dear friend Joel painted this for me. This was not an accidental miracle. This was a fateful encounter created by greatness in ART.”

Previously on December 9, it was confirmed that T.O.P will be participating in the dearMoon Project, a lunar tourism project from Elon Musk’s company SpaceX. The goal of dearMoon is to accomplish the first-ever expedition to the moon with private civilians, and T.O.P will be participating in the project as one of eight star crew members. In addition to T.O.P, other crew members on the ship will include DJ and producer Steve Aoki, photographer Rhiannon Adam, photographer and filmmaker Karim Iliya, choreographer Yemi A.D., musician and YouTuber Tim Dodd, and actor Dev Joshi. The two reserve crew members are snowboarder Kaitlyn Farrington and dancer Miyu.

The dearMoon Project is currently scheduled to launch in 2023.
