The track was first released as a part of Seungri’s first solo studio album “The Great Seungri,” and Seungri performed it on music shows alongside his title track “1, 2, 3!” It was co-produced by Seungri and Future Bounce, and consists of lyrics co-written by Seungri and WINNER’s Song Mino, who also features in it.

In the music video released on July 27, Seungri and Mino parody the 2018 North Korea–United States summit, which took place last month, but as a “world summit” instead. At other points of the music video, Seungri is pretending to read a Time Magazine issue with himself on the cover or dressed a soldier, while Song Mino impersonates a North Korean military leader.

Sam Okyere, Daniel Lindemann, and Yoo Byung Jae (dressed as G-Dragon) make cameos in the video as well.
