Seungri and BIGBANG enter China’s album revenue chart

[OSEN = Reporter Jung Ji Won] Seungri and BIGBANG have entered the 2018 Top 10 digital album revenue chart on Tencent QQ Music, China.

On October 3 (CST), Seungri held the fan meeting “Face to Fans – Seung Ri [The Great Seungri]” at Star Hall Kitec Hong Kong, Hong Kong and met fans.

This fan meeting event has the purpose of congratulating the first solo full album “The Great Seungri” from the male singer who won No. 8 at Tencent QQ Music.

According to the statistical standard from QQ Music in 2018, not only the album “The Great Seungri” is ranked No. 8, but BIGBANG’s “Flower Road” is also in the no.2 spot with 1.55 million copies sold. Seungri and BIGBANG are the only two Korean names that enter the chart, showing that the group’s influence in China has not cooled down.

On that day, at the fan meeting where 1,500 fans filled every vacancy, Seungri brought diverse activities such as conversation, playing games and dance battle. In particular, Seungri also performed the ceremony of cutting the cake with the number 119,469 – the number of “The Great Seungri” albums that had been sold at QQ Music to that date – and shared the joy with fans.”
