G-Dragon apologized as the leader of
BIGBANG.
BIGBANG was in Japan for a fan event, minus T.O.P not because of his controversy but because of his military service. According to Japan's Daily Sports, G-Dragon said, "I am sorry for causing trouble. I promise something like this will never happen again. Please keep supporting us."
T.O.P had recently tested positive for marijuana and had admitted to the charges. He had also written an apology letter, which you can read here.
