BIGBANG’s “MADE” album topped Japanese Oricon’s weekly chart

[헤럴드POP=이소담 기자] BIGBANG’s “MADE” album has topped Japanese Oricon’s weekly chart.

“MADE” album released in Japan on the 15 this month already took No.1 on Oricon’s daily CD album ranking chart upon entering, and now it has topped Oricon’s weekly CD album ranking chart.

“MADE” album proved BIGBANG’s enormous popularity in Japan once again, by recording more than 100,000 sales of the record. With “MADE” album, BIGBANG has set the third consecutive record of 100,000 sales of their album in the first week of release, following the same record set by “THE BEST OF BIGBANG 2006-2014” released in 2014 and “MADE SERIES” released in 2015.

The new “MADE” album is the album that marks the grand finale of “MADE SERIES” that began in 2015 and also the last BIGBANG album before T.O.P joined the police for his mandatory military service. It has total 14 songs including “FXXK IT”, “LAST DANCE”, “GIRLFRIEND”, as well as the Japanese versions of “MADE SERIES”s “BANG BANG BANG”, “LOSER”, and “IF YOU”.

In the meantime, BIGBANG has recently met more than 1.12 million fans by holding their 10th anniversary concert tour which gave 24 shows in six cities in Korea and overseas. This year, BIGBANG members will actively perform as solo artists. Notably, DAESUNG will hold his solo dome tour in Japan in April. Fans are paying keen attention to DAESUNG’s solo performances, as it is known that he will release solo mini-album “D-DAY” before the dome tour.
